一人ひとりが志を持って生きること。志を軸に据え、顧客や社員だけでなく、社会までをも幸せにする経営をすること。こういった探求テーマに対して日々コンサルティングの現場で積み重ねられる実践知と専門家の高度な学問知を融合させながら、新たな知の体系として紡ぎだす。それが私たちの使命です。
We are fascinated by how purpose drives people and organizations to contribute to the happiness of not only customers and employees, but also that of society. We combine practical experience in the field with rigorous academic knowledge, and create new systems with which to understand the role of purpose within business.

Research
志高く成長を続ける人や企業への取材、多様な分野のプロフェッショナルとのコラボレーション、その他情報収集を通して、調査・分析を行います。
We interview people and organizations who effectively use their purpose to grow their influence, and conduct research and analysis with experts from diverse fields.
Develop
志の知を深めていくなかで見出しされた原則、法則をもとに商品やナレッジを開発し、提供します。
We develop products and knowledge based on the principles and laws found from learning about purpose.
Share
より多くの人や企業に志の知を広め、具体的なナレッジとしてご活用いただけるよう、各種メディアの運営や書籍、調査の発表などさまざまな媒体で世の中へと発信します。
We share our findings through online journals, books, and research to ensure that more people and organizations can use our knowledge in practice.
パラドックスの創業期メンバーとして、理念策定から商品・サービス開発やプロモーション、組織活性や理念浸透、採用設計や育成、各種クリエイティブツール開発まで幅広い領域に携わる。受賞、メディア掲載多数。宣伝会議、企業セミナーなどの講師も務める。
As a founding member of PARADOX Corporation, Suzuki has been involved in a wide range of areas from the creation and communication of corporate philosophies, the development and promotion of products and services, organizational revitalization, recruitment branding and training, and the development of various creative projects. He has received numerous awards and media coverage. He is also a lecturer at Sendenkaigi Co., Ltd. and other corporate seminars.
多くの企業のブランドコンサルティングに携わった後、 PARADOX創研の設立と同時に主任研究員に就任。組織診断サーベイ「visions survey」開発リード。宣伝会議や高校生向け授業など、幅広い分野で講師を務める。
After taking part in brand consulting projects for numerous companies, Ide became PARADOX Souken’s chief researcher upon its establishment. He is the lead developer of the organizational diagnostic tool "visions survey." He has lectured on a wide range of topics, including at Sendenkaigi Co., Ltd. and at high schools.
グロービス経営大学院 経営研究科 研究科長 教授。経済同友会幹事、上場企業およびベンチャー企業社外取締役等も務める。著書に『ビジネス数字力を鍛える』『社内を動かす力』、共著に『志を育てる』他多数。
Takubo is a Professor and Dean of GLOBIS University’s Graduate School of Management. He is also an executive board member of the Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives) and serves as an outside director of listed and venture companies alike. He is the author of several books, including "Communicating through Numbers" and "Lay the Groundwork for Your Business," and co-author of "Cultivate your Kokorozashi; Tools and Strategies to Develop Your Career the GLOBIS Way."
